25+ years of building businesses across APAC — not watching from the sidelines.
I spent 12 years at Google, the last role as Director of Business Operations for APAC — owning a multi-billion-dollar annual plan across Japan, India, ANZ, Singapore, Malaysia, and Taiwan. Before that, I built the Google Devices & Services ANZ business from zero to a top-5 global market. Four people, first sales in the world, enormous complexity.
Before Google, I spent a decade at Nokia in senior leadership across New Zealand, Australia, Finland, and Singapore — roles spanning sales, GTM, product marketing, and program management.
I left Google in August 2025 to build something different. Velogic Consulting exists because most companies trying to crack APAC are making the same mistakes: treating expansion as a hiring decision instead of an engineering problem.
I've been on the inside of that problem for 25 years. I know what the operating model looks like when it works — because I've built them.
