The coaching is grounded in 12 years of Google APAC leadership, an Executive MBA from Aalto University, and the AICD Company Directors Course — actual operating experience navigating complex organisations, teams, and markets.

The best coaching comes from someone who has been in the room — not just studied what happens there.
